Beautiful dress but ended up not wearing it. Dress is NOT altered. Lots of intricate details including embroidery/appliqué, pearls, and sequins. You will sparkle in this dress! Is snug in the hip region so you might want to let it out some if you want more movement for dancing. Forming-fitting, but still flattering even with a smaller bust. Felt very whimsical when I tried on the dress. Hoping to that it will bring someone else joy!
